Calendar Integration
Your dispatcher’s going to love you for this one. Now every time a service call or sales activity is scheduled, it’s automatically entered into your employees’ Outlook calendar – in real-time. ConnectWise will even set reminders to the assigned resource, whether service technician, project personnel or sales rep. And if you’re using the optional ConnectWise Mobile feature, you can use the Exchange calendar as your timesheet, too. Most importantly, the function offers two-way synchronization, meaning if you change information downstream, it shows upstream and vice versa.

Contact Integration
Eliminate the need for employees to update individual contact lists. ConnectWise contacts are updated to a centralized public folder in Exchange that everyone can use as their centralized, completely up-to-date e-mail listing.

E-mail Integration
Prefer to have your client issues documented? Have them e-mail you their concerns. ConnectWise fully integrates with any monitoring or MSP tool that uses e-mail. In fact, the optional E-mail Connector add-on syncs your Exchange public folders to your service board, reducing the chance for missed information – and miscommunication. Advanced parsing rules also allow you to get service tickets to the right customer and service board so you can respond quickly and accurately.

Better still, technicians receive an e-mail with a hyperlink that takes them directly to the service ticket or project activity within ConnectWise.  So do your salespeople.  One click from there and they can enter their time on the service ticket or sales activity. It’s just that easy.
