ConnectWise Unveils Cloud-Based Platform for Third Party Applications for IT Service Companies
ConnectWise celebrates third year in the cloud with release of third-party integration platform for world’s most popular professional service automation tool
TAMPA, Fla., September 30, 2009 – ConnectWise, leading SaaS/Cloud provider of professional service automation (PSA) applications, today announced it has developed a cloud-based platform for unified business process management systems to allow the seamless integration of third-party applications for IT service companies. The new platform provides tight integration between ConnectWise PSA software and other leading products for VARs, MSPs and IT service companies. The ConnectWise Cloud provides on-demand PSA and related business applications such as CRM, financial management, collaboration, sales and service ticketing, inventory, reports and analytics, and enables customers, partners and third-party developers to build and integrate their own hosted applications.
Co-located sites in the United States, Australia and the Europe provide ConnectWise customers worldwide with the reliability and uptime expected from a cloud/SaaS model, reduced implementation risks and requirements, and the most scalable PSA integration platform available giving their partners more flexibility and better capability to optimize their company’s overall bottom line.
Gartner analysis pinpoints cloud services as showing explosive growth with services revenue being on pace to surpass $56.3 billion in 2009 and rising 21.3 percent from 2008.
