ConnectWise Selected by Business Solutions Magazine's VAR Subscribers as One of the Best Channel Vendors
TAMPA, Fla. - December 30, 2010 - Business Solutions readers have selected ConnectWise, the leading business management solution designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARs and MSPs, as one of the Best Channel Vendors.
From mid-September through early October, Business Solutions magazine (BSM) conducted a Web-based survey of its VAR subscribers. These subscribers were asked to rate their vendor partners in the following seven categories: service and support, channel commitment, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and VAR margins.
A total of 11,504 votes were cast in the survey which was one of the largest surveys of its kind and only the top 5% of vendors in each surveyed technology category were selected as Best Channel Vendors. ConnectWise scored among the highest in overall scores in the Managed Services category for being Channel Friendly and for Product Features.
