ConnectWise Selected as a 'Best Places to Work' Finalist by Tampa Bay Business Journal
TAMPA, Fla. – Apr. 8, 2009 – While current market conditions may have some workers wondering which company benefits are next to go, ConnectWise employees are instead mulling over today’s lunch menu or noting the date of an upcoming company party. This resistance to shed ‘perks’ despite tough times is a key reason the company was recently selected as a finalist in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2009 ‘Best Places to Work’ listing. Companies chosen for this distinction are credited with creating a positive work environment that both attracts and retains employees.

Employees from nominated companies participated in an extensive survey process conducted by Quantum Market Research, which covered job-related issues ranging from work-life balance and recognition to teamwork and accountability. Finalists were ranked by size into four categories: Nearly Big (1-25 employees); Big (26-50); Bigger (51-100); and Biggest (101 or more). ConnectWise is a finalist in the "Bigger" category.
This year’s 60 finalists will be honored at an awards luncheon on April 23, 2009 at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo. Three winners, based on overall rankings, will be announced for each of the categories.
