TAMPA, Fla. – Feb. 24, 2009 – ConnectWise partners looking to improve recurring revenue potential while demonstrating value to end-clients can now add Reflexion Network’s award-winning hosted email threat protection and archiving solutions to their portfolio of services. The companies today announced the integration of their products, enabling partners to consolidate and automatically communicate key email security statistics to clients via ConnectWise’s Executive Summary Reports.
Details including how much spam was averted, which viruses were removed and the volume of email blocked are among the data sets that solution providers can share with clients. Reports can be configured to show a full accounting of activity or restricted to allow only that information which the solution provider cares to share. Using ConnectWise’s Customer Portal feature, solution providers can make this information available – under their own brand – to customers either on demand or through routinely scheduled deliveries.
