The Annual ConnectWise Partner Summit Another Successful ConnectWise Partner Summit! Over 600 ConnectWise partners joined us in Tampa, Fla., for business-building programs and networking opportunities. This year's event delivered the most comprehensive workshop series to date focused on growing your business through process optimization. Attendees learned from, shared and networked with industry experts who demonstrated how streamlining processes can increase organizational accountability, profitability and overall efficiency. | Drive Accountability Staff and management accountability is the cornerstone of client satisfaction. But, ultimately, accountability is established top down. Attendees learned how to leverage ConnectWise to get a pulse on their business's vital signs and drive accountability. They also learned how to more expertly track new opportunities - and sales performance - using ConnectWise Sales Tracks and Sales Dashboard modules. Increase Profitability Solutions selling, business promotion and market expansion are keys to increasing your company's profitability. We shared proven techniques designed to help you accomplish these practices. Mark Fitzgerald of the Sandler Sales Institute explained why clients are willing to pay more for business solutions than ‘speeds, feeds and deeds.' He also encouraged us to provide managed services as a means of generating greater profitability through recurring revenue and services expansion. Speaking of services expansion, NMGI Product Manager Tom Fowler showed us how to profit with solutions that save our customers costly downtime caused by spam, e-mail borne viruses and phishing scams. Ken Thoreson, president of Acumen Management Group, underscored the advantages of integrating Acumen's management systems with ConnectWise modules to better understand profitability drivers and establish methodologies for continuous improvement. We also heard from Larry Hedin and Arlin Sorensen of Heartland Technology Solutionsregarding their strategies for capitalizing on marketing dollars to promote your business. For partners interested in taking a strategic look at their company's worth from an M&A perspective, Paul Dippell, CEO of Service Leadership examined the various ways to maximize the organization's value. | |

Ryan Morris, senior director of Channel Intelligence for CMP Channel Group's IPED, told us how e-business performance and execution keeps the best and brightest solution providers ahead of the competition. And, of course, we can't overlook the efficiency benefits of a virtual NOC. Zenith Infotech CEO Akash Saraf shared how his company provides support within this highly profitable business arena. Finally, Asigra Executive Vice President Eran Farajun reinforced the efficiency gains afforded by managed services, detailing the advantages associated with agentless backup and recovery tools. |
