Kathy Smith joins the ConnectWise team as Director of Consulting, where she is responsible for expanding the onsite consulting offerings and educational department initiatives at ConnectWise.
Kathy has significant experience in project management, consulting and account management. Most recently, Kathy has been a Senior Consultant for NextStep International, which provides project management and risk management services to banks and credit unions throughout the U.S. Kathy’s work with NextStep included project management of new system implementations and bank mergers as well as process streamlining initiatives.
In addition to NextStep, Kathy was Director of Solutions Consulting for Fidelity National Information Services, where she lead the creation of a consulting practice and greatly improved the company’s competitive positioning by reengineering their product presentations. She held a similar position with EDS in its Community Banking and Securities Group. She has also been an Account Manager for Information Technology, Inc. and Aurum Technology.
