Connectwise integration will work for all of the service tickets that reside in the NetEnrich NOC service board. The solution provider partner is required to make sure that tickets are updated, and that the status of a ticket is changed and moved to the NetEnrich NOC service board in order for the integration to work properly, and for the NetEnrich NOC to receive ticket updates from Connectwise. The NetEnrich services team will also update tickets and move them to the NetEnrich NOC service board. The solution provider partner can move the ticket to other service boards as required internally; however, in order for the NetEnrich services team to respond to and work on a ticket, the ticket has to be moved back to the NetEnrich NOC service board.
