Managed Workplace with ConnectWise offers an all-in-one solution that provides simple two-way ticket synchronization. When a ticket is created in Managed Workplace as the result of an alert being triggered or when you manually create a ticket in Managed Workplace, a ticket will also be created in ConnectWise. Once created, any updates to the status of the ticket made in either system will be synchronized with the other. This provides comprehensive ticket tracking and issue management that enables you to be the virtual IT department for your clients. It is an end-to-end, fully integrated solution.

Every Partner of Level Platforms is assigned a dedicated lifetime Partner Development Manager (PDM). Your PDM understands the business drivers of value to our Partners and will guide you through the process supporting you in the development, implementation and execution of a successful managed services business plan.

Within 48 hours of signing up with one of our starter packages, all new Level Platforms Partners receive a phone call from their dedicated PDM to schedule an "introductory meeting". The PDM will also introduce you to your Technical Account Manager (TAM) as well as access to our training team.

Your PDM becomes an extension of your own organization as a consultant and sounding board for new ideas, the "go to" person to understand and promote your product development priorities as well as ensure that new features that we develop can be integrated into your business. The PDM is the focal point for two-way communication with Level Platforms that is the basis of our partnership with you as we build our businesses together.
