In this role, Jeannine and her team develop and manage the company’s channel community relationships from both the partner and vendor perspective, and continue to identify and provide tools for the ConnectWise community to connect and collaborate with each other and ConnectWise.
With a focus on continuing to increase value to ConnectWise partners, Jeannine is also responsible for identifying and managing go-to-market tasks for new initiatives that complement the ConnectWise core product and service offerings. With more than twelve years of diversified B2B business development experience in the technology industry, Jeannine has become a well-known figure in the IT Solution Provider channel.  Earl Provin is Director of Partner Support Services for ConnectWise, where he is responsible for the installation, implementation, and support teams. With 22 years of IT experience, Earl has held positions managing support teams at The Coca-Cola Company, Interliant, Inc and BellSouth.net.
Prior to ConnectWise, he worked as Manager for Help Desk Services for Dendrite International, where he managed the Pharmacia CRM–SFA Point of Sales Technical Helpdesk, the largest of seven pharmaceutical helpdesks supported. Read More
 As the Director of Sales for ConnectWise, Gerwai Todd is responsible for overseeing the ConnectWise sales team to continuously improve overall sales processes, increase new product sales, and develop the company’s Partner Referral Program.
Gerwai brings a diverse background to his role at ConnectWise. He started his career with Citifinancial, where he worked in sales and branch management. In this position, Gerwai was responsible for managing a three million dollar branch portfolio as well as a significant real estate portfolio.
