If you answered YES to a lot of the questions above, you are in need of a ConnectWise Business Assessment.  The ConnectWise Business Assessment process covers the following:

Onsite Business Assessment:

  • You will complete the Business Assessment Survey outlining what Services you provide your clients today.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will review the Survey and will contact you for clarification, if necessary.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will come onsite to your location to meet with individuals and departments to discuss the recommendations to your best practices and changes to CW and the benefits to those recommendations.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will document all the recommendations and the benefits to those recommendations.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will document an Implementation Plan for rolling out the recommended changes.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will provide remote support during the Implementation process.

Remote Business Assessment:

  • You will complete the Business Assessment Survey outlining what Services you provide your clients today.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will review the Survey and will contact you for clarification, if necessary.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will schedule remote sessions (average 1 to 2 hours per day) to meet with individuals and departments to discuss the recommendations to your best practices and changes to CW and the benefits to those recommendations.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will document all the recommendations and the benefits to those recommendations.
  • The ConnectWise Consultant will document an Implementation Plan for rolling out the recommended changes.
