What's your major?

Your first step in ConnectWise University will be to choose the area of your Major or even several different ones.  You can choose from Majors that cover every aspect of your IT services business, including: Best Practices, Dispatch, Project Manager, Controller, Owner, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Service Manager, Systems Engineer, and Finance.
Your ConnectWise University homepage provides you with a customized dashboard that shows Your Majors and what's new in each one of these areas. It also displays your calculated GPA and lists courses you still need to take to complete your Major.

ConnectWise Blueprints to map out better business processes

ConnectWise Blueprints are presented in two hierarchical models: a role-based and a function-based. The role-based model is an organizational chart of a typical IT Business. Each employee in the model is linked to the blueprints corresponding to their area of responsibility. The function-based model presents a list of all Business Process Blueprints and how they relate to the navigation of ConnectWise.
