ConnectWise just released its Android application developed by a mobile application specialist. Unlike web-based versions, the ConnectWise application has local data storage, so users can work on ConnectWise even when they are not connected to the Internet.   • Apple iPhone
  • Android Operating System
  • Windows Mobile 5.0, 6.0, 6.1 and 6.5.X
  • Windows Mobile Professional With a Touch Screen- ConnectWise will NOT work on Windows Mobile Standard
  • Sufficient RAM - The target is to have a minimum of 25MB of free memory after all programs are started; most modern devices meet this requirement.
  • Display Resolution - Minimum resolution for a device without a physical keyboard is 320x240.  Minimum for a device with a physical keyboard is 240x240.  All DPI resolutions supported are 192, 128 and 96

*Note: The most important requirement for modern devices is the Windows Mobile Professional with a Touch Screen.

Devices specifically NOT supported:

  • Treo 700w (because it only has 15 MB of free program memory)
  • Samsung BlackJack (because it is not Pocket PC)
  • Motorola Q (because it is Windows Mobile 5.0 SmartPhone edition)
  • T-Mobile Wing (it has insufficient free program memory)
