Based in Tampa, Florida, ConnectWise began as a dominant IT

as well as Managed Services for companies that want to outsource
their IT function.

As ConnectWise grew, we began to experience an exponential
growth in business complexity. At that point, we built ConnectWise
PSA to help significantly streamline and automate our work—and maintain our high customer satisfaction levels.

Initially launched in 1998, ConnectWise PSA quickly exceeded
industry standards and helped us significantly increase profitability.   When demonstrated at an industry show, ConnectWise PSA was so
highly regarded that we made the solution available to IT solution
providers nationwide.

Since then, ConnectWise has helped thousands of other professional
