as well as Managed Services for companies that want to outsource

As ConnectWise grew, we began to experience an exponential
growth in business complexity. At that point, we built ConnectWise
PSA to help significantly streamline and automate our work—and maintain our high customer satisfaction levels.

Initially launched in 1998, ConnectWise quickly exceeded
industry standards and helped us significantly increase profitability.   When demonstrated at an industry show, ConnectWise was so
highly regarded that we made the solution available to IT solution
providers nationwide.

Since then, ConnectWise has helped thousands of other professional
IT solutions firms achieve the same high levels of service and profitability.
