VB.Net Software Developer
ConnectWise is seeking a VB.Net Software Developer for its Tampa, FL location for a ConnectWise Capital funded company, LabTech. LabTech is the only Managed Service tool for remote monitoring, management, and automation developed by a managed service provider (MSP) for MSPs. Their affordable, agent-based solution so closely emulates what technicians do in the field that the techs can provide the same support remotely.

Quality Assurance Analyst ConnectWise is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for its Tampa, FL location. ConnectWise provides software solutions to Technology Solution Providers nationwide. ConnectWise PSA monitors and tracks the entire service process from service request entry thru collection of time and billing as well as project management and CRM/Sales functions.

Software Implementation Consultant 2+ years consulting experience with professional services firm or software company delivering software implementation services, or similar industry experience is preferred. Bachelors degree in Computer or Business field required.

Technical Communicator The Technical Communicator will design and deliver information about the ConnectWise system using multiple media, primarily through the ConnectWise online system documentation. 4 year degree plus relevant experience required.

Sales Consultant
This position assists the Sales Executives with demonstrations of the product and consulting calls for prospective customers. Candidate must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and work with Sales Executives to understand the needs of the prospect and effectively demonstrate this in a remote session or by configuring an evaluation database. Will also respond to prospect questions via email or phone conversations.

Business Development Executive
This position requires heavy cold calling and positioning of the ConnectWise PSA application and other ConnectWise portfolio products to new prospects in the IT services industry. You will be required to make a minimum of 50 calls a day to ConnectWise prospects. Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets and applications desired.
